One last update:
Had a tech come out this morning and we swapped out the MoCA, we agreed that the adapter was going bad (had this MoCA for the last ~5 years)
Not running into anymore issues.
Thanks everyone who contributed to the thread.

The intermittent outages could be due to a failing power supply or perhaps the router itself.
Your troubleshooting process made a lot of sense and you are astute to detail it in your posts because it saves you from seeing a lot of suggestions that likely have nothing to do with the problem.
Which router do you have?
When the MoCA connection is down is the WiFi and Ethernet still working?

Good morning and thank you for the reply.
I have the NAH modem.
You are correct, when the MoCA connection is down, I still have an active connection over Wi-Fi and Ethernet. On the actual MoCA itself, it will still be showing the correct link lights and there's no indication that it's turning off.
Over on the modem side, the Coax port is still showing a green light indicating that it's active.
It's a bit of an odd case with the intermittency of it.
I just booted up the PC again this morning and I'm yet to run into any issues (About 45 minutes of up-time so far) I will continue to monitor it and if I continue to experience disconnects, I may need to have the Modem replaced is what I'm thinking.
