Inaccessible

I cannot for the life of me figure why I allowed this company's agents to entice me out sticking with Shaw. This company is the most inaccessible I've ever dealt with. On top of that, despite all their glorification of their fiber internet, I find their services to be very unreliable. The Telus Connect is ALWAYS giving me problems; whether I can't see any devices in it, or I cannot log in. I've been trying to log into the app from morning to turn the internet on some devices on. It has been telling me from that time until now "Oops, we are having a problem logging you in. Please try again later." I called and waited for an agent to come to me for over an hour and no one came on. Right at this moment I'm pondering just paying them off, pay the early disconnection fee and go back to Shaw. It's not as if this has been a one time thing; this is how it is. 

At this moment I'm tired of them and annoyed.
