Home phone call control error message
Getting error message "something went wrong try again later" for past 3 days. Called support but the tech seemed to be clueless. It used to work and is included in my plan. Any suggestions?

Community ManagerVcam Can you elaborate more on where you're seeing this or walking us through the steps to re-create it?
Also seeing exact same message when I try to activate call control. Technical help is a joke they have no idea and just keep bouncing me around.

How long has this been going on for? Can you try the few different ways you can modify Call Control outline here to see if any one method works better?
- It is my landline that has the issue and *99 only works on mobile
