getting 404 error trying to sign into wifi

As the subject line states. When I sign into the wifi, it brings me to a 404 error page. I can access the router admin and status there says internet is connected and wireless enabled with 1 client connected (the one that signed in and got a 404 error). 

But no internet. I’ve rebooted the device but not reset it yet. Does it need to be reset?
