Fibre optic wire
I have fibre optic wire glued through my living room with a modem on the wall. Any suggestions on how this can be removed so that my wall can be restored to its original.
Thank you

simrans_in Any chance you can take a picture of the areas where the glue is visible? We're not field techs here so we'll have to ask around. Thanks!

I wondered what they use to keep the wire on the wall, must be self sticking fibre, gently pull, I expect it will just come off. But if yopu want to reuse it then as for a tech from Telus.

No I do not wish to reuse it. I called up Telus for a technician to come by and they said there would be a charge to remove it. I agreed to pay the charge of 200 dollars only for a tech to come by and refuse to remove it! Very disappointed with Telus services and the technician for not offering any solution. So any support on this would be helpful.

We'd need to ask around to see what the options are. Can you take a few pictures of the trouble spots and we'll forward it off for review?
