Fiber 5gbps download capped

Just upgraded to TELUS 5gbps fiber internet, download seems to be capped. 

Searching the forums, seems to be the same issue as below.

Can I have a support representative look into this? I can also contact support via phone but I am afraid it would be a waste of my time.
