FAVORITE CHANNELS NOT WORKING
Every time I turn on my TV, it automatically goes to ALL CHANNELS, I have to manually reset it to my FAVORITES.

Hey dm63! Totally get your frustration. Can you try power cycling your digital box by unplugging it for about 30 seconds and letting it reboot. Sometimes that helps the software remember your settings. Also, check your settings menu under hardware or TV to see if there's a default guide view option that might've gotten switched.
