I shouldn’t have to do my own technical support, but I sorted the technical issue myself.
I was compensated $20 for the dropped connection on Sunday November 24th. The reconnection only lasted a day. I would like to be compensated $40 for the two dropped days from Monday afternoon November 25th to Wednesday afternoon November 27th.
