Cancelling Services

A couple of weeks ago I switched my Internet and TV over to Rogers as they gave me a better deal then tell us could do. When I phoned to cancel my Telus services, I was on hold for about an hour. Another member of my household also called during that time because we were on a perpetual hold on the other line. When I spoke to somebody and went through the whole loyalty spiel, and said I wanted to cancel three times, I was told that there was a cancellation request already on the account and it would be closed at 11:59 PM on December 2. It is now December 3 and I still have Telus services. When I try to call Telus, I am being told that no one is available to take my call. I am extremely frustrated and I am unsure of what to do from here. If this is not resolved today,I will call the CRTC and log a complaint against Telus. 
Telus has not completely lost me as a customer…yet. I still have my home services and my mobility with them. But they will lose me if this is not resolved today. I am willing to pay the fees associated for cancelling my security and my mobility.
