    Jh01 First thing in the am phone in between 8-9 ----- ask for live agent ---- ask for billing ------ have phone on speaker and you will get a live agent and may have to ask that one to send you to billing. There should be no penalty. Start early your wait time 15 to 30 minutes. Polecat
