Cancel my home security

Please cancel my home security service. The address is [Mod Edit: Removed personal information]

I have called numerous times and requested the cancellation, as my contract expired. 

This has been very painful dealing with your customer support to execute the cancellation. I have returned all the equipment about four months ago. I have moved from this address.

Telus continued to bill me with all the efforts I made for cancellation. 

I am disappointed on the treatment I have received from you, as a customer for a long time. 

If you do not hear from you soon, I will take decisive action against Telus

    Hi ebenzerti​ - It is very poor practice to list your home address in a public forum so please don't do that. That personal information can be used for all types of things.

    Posting here will not accomplish a cancellation unfortunately. If you send us a private message to TELUS_Support​ we can take a look at your account and assist you from there
