Basic package
How come when we switched from O-net to Telus we were told the Telus basic package was the same as O-net? It isn't even close 97 channels that feature outdated TV shows or useless programming. When we spoke to a Rep about subscribing he quoted us 74 dollars a month including two add on channels. When it was installed we didn't have the 2 add ons we asked for and no sports channel. We called back and told the new Rep the issues. He added the two add on then added tsn. Our bill that was supposed to 74 dollars suddenly turned into 146 dollars. Phoning customer support is a nightmare. You basically have to spend a day trying to get through to get a call back. When you do get a callback the background noise in the call center is bad you can barely here the customer support person. Really not impressed with Telus at all.
