Community Power UserIf the ethernet plugs were pre-installed in the house by the builder or an electrician, you'll need to find out where they all converge. Anything pre-wired into your house has no connection to your account so it's all a matter of connecting things in your house. Where did Telus install your modem/gateway/T3200? Are you on fibre?
