What time today will I get cut off?
I was supposed to make the payment yesterday, but the money comes through sometime this morning. What time will Telus cut off my service today?
tristahx It's tough to say for certain because there's more than one variable to consider. Generally speaking, you're given advance warning of any due dates and impending suspension to allow for payment (14 days notice) and then 24 hours notice via SMS (Mobility accounts).
Per the wireless code of conduct, suspension of service may take hold within the following times:- Monday to Friday between 8am and 9pm
- Weekends between 9am and 5pm
