Speaking With An Agent
Can i speak with someone on how to cancel all my plan with telus , both home internet and mobility
Never have i been stressed out like this just to reach out to customer support about service

I recently posted how it went when I needed to cancel a business phone line as I was closing that business.
The problem I ran into is finding it difficult to call and have the right department answer the phone. Imagine dialing the service phone number on your business phone invoice to be told after 10 minutes you have reached residential but I will transfer your call. Great? NOT. I got a voice mail and three choices press 1,2,3. #3 was for cancellation. After multiple questions and explanation of what I needed to do the person on the other end said you have reached internet cancellation.

Hi there, to cancel service, you need to give us a call. This is 2 separate services and contact info can be found at telus.com/contactus. Have you had an issue reaching us?

Have you tried? It's near impossible to reach. Chat says someone will contact you, nobody does. Everything points you to chat/virtual assistant. It's horrible. Just connect me with someone who can help!!!

I feel your pain! A phone company that doesn’t know how phones work. I’ve talked to people with Freedom Mobile 3 times today easy peasy. Unfortunately I need to wait 2 days for Koodo to phone me so I can switch to Freedom.
