Roaming and receiving text
Has anybody been successful in using a 1 day (or 3 day) roaming perk when in Europe? The instructions say to text a code to activate it, but I don’t think Telus supports text messages over WiFi. So how do you activate it when on airplane mode/wifi?
I know I can turn on WiFi calling to get/send texts but from what I read, this option is only good in Canada on a Telus network. Has anyone ever had luck with this??
