RE: Telus TV plus App
Hi,
Can anyone tell me why I keep getting a pop-up with an "ERROR' message on my Samsung S23 when I open my TelusTV app to watch tv? As soon as I click on a show to watch a screen pops up saying, "ERROR" with nothing else but an "OK" button to leave the pop-up screen. It is only doing this on my husband's phone and no other devices but we both own a Samsung S23 phone and I have checked all the settings and the Settings on the app and everything is the same on both so why is it not working on his phone? I even did updates on his phone, reinstalled the app, and restarted his phone and still, the same message! Please help!!!

I have a similar issue on my S23..Tried everything, it will not let me log in, error. Telus has not offered any solutions when I contacted them. I still can not log in.

Hi Iffer - What error notice are you getting?
- IfferNeighbourHi, thanks, originally it made me change my password over and over not letting me in. Now it says " sorry, an error has occurred, please try again later"ERR_AGL_ACN_3545.
