I have a similar issue on my S23..Tried everything,  it will not let me log in, error. Telus has not offered any solutions when I contacted them. I still can not log in.

    Hi, thanks, originally it made me change my password over and over not letting me in. Now it says " sorry, an error has occurred, please try again later"
    ERR_AGL_ACN_3545.
