Poor customer service!

Dear Telus Customer Support Team,

 

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service experience I had during my recent call to your support line on around 6pm on Nov 20th 2025.

 

When my call was answered, there was significant background noise, including loud children screaming, which made it very difficult to communicate clearly. Despite this, the agent did not acknowledge the issue or attempt to improve the call quality.

 

After briefly asking what I needed help with, the agent placed me on hold. I waited for over 20 minuteswithout any updates or reassurance. Eventually, the call dropped, and I did not receive any call back, even though the issue was not resolved.

 

This level of service is unacceptable and far below what I expect from a company of your size. I kindly request the following:

  1. A review of this incident and feedback provided to the representative involved.
  2. Assurance that call quality and professionalism standards are being upheld.
  3. A follow-up to address the issue I originally called about.

 

I hope this matter can be addressed promptly. Thank you for your attention.
