Phone won’t connect in Mexico

I have a Canada US Mex plan and I arrived in Mexico and my phone won’t connect. It worked in USA and then when I took it off airplane mode after the flight to Mexico it wouldn’t connect. I’ve reset the phone, the network settings, chosen all 5 carriers manually, toggled airplane mode but nothing is working. All the other people I’m with have it working
