NSF Fee & Transfer of Ownership Issues
Current and already a TELUS Customer, For month of November we got billed over $300 ($325.28 to be exact).
I got $80 NSF FEE and I don’t know how even my bank has sufficient funds.

The NSF FEE which is $80 and I didn’t see any statement in my bank.
plus even the staff didn’t explain this so well!! And here we are we’ve been charged for over $300

- Hello! Yes it was Pre-Authorized Debit.And no statement happened to appear in my bank Account.If you’re able to waived it down ‘cause I do have a Funds in my bank and I don’t know why I still got NSF FEE.And They didn’t Explain it that there’s this so much fees gonna happened.If you could just Lower it down or waived our bill please. It’s just too much.
