Not getting a subscription confirmation
I subscribed to a mobile plan 5 days ago and got the confirmation email with an Order number (starting with 0000) but never received the customer agreement etc … tried to call many times and got redirected but never at the right place … I mean this is not a good start !!!! PS your AI assistant is completely useless.
