Loyalty Offer not Appearing in my Account

Hi, I keep receiving promotional offers from Telus via e-mail and text messages for a 45$ phone plan (after 5$ pre-authorized payment discount); however, whenever I log in to my Telus account, the plan is actually 50$ instead of 45$. I keep receiving the same offer but I'm never able to actually get it, frustrating situation... Hoping someone here could help me, thanks in advance!

    Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! The plan you're seeing is actually $50, and the $45 rate applies after the $5 discount is applied when you sign up for pre-authorized payments. So, the promotional offer you’ve received is valid, but it’s dependent on setting up pre-authorized payments to receive the discount.

      Thank you for the reply. Actually, the plan appears as 55$ and becomes 50$ when we include the 5$ discount (as shown in screenshot below) vs. the offer I received by text message (another screenshot below).
