- Double-check that your My Telus account credentials are correct. If needed, try resetting your password.
- If the issue persists despite clearing cache, data, and reinstalling the app, you may need to contact technical support for further troubleshooting.

I cannot download my billing statement from Telus webpage from desktop which requires me to get the billing statement from My Telus app in Android. However I cannot login from My Telus app in android with error code LGN-301.
Both the Pay Bill and View Bill buttons from the Telus webpage for Home Internet are showing error pages which are:Sorry something went wrong on our end
orIt is not you, it is us. We are unable to retrieve your info at the moment. Please try again later.
I have not been provided a successful solution to solve the login error LGN-301 from the chat bot.So far, I am failed to pay the bill and view my billing statement.
The chat bot only responds with its failure of understanding my simple login failed question.
I cannot find any email address of Telus customer service support to solve the issue.
I am despaired on the unlimited time consumed in dealing with this Telus issues.
