data "running out" when it's not

Consistently have this problem where they claim I'm out of data for the month and then I check my usage and its like 65 Mb out of several Gbs. It's usually followed up with 'check your account balance' even though it's a prepaid plan. No point buying data if I can't use like 95% of it ever lol

Customer service hangs up after a moment of silence and if you do get a representative you can't understand a word they are saying.

Unfortunate

    Hey bri72​ how are you checking your used data? Is it through your phone's settings or through My TELUS?
