Hi gw2 - to answer your question, we cannot send a PDF over email as it is personal information. As email addresses could be mistyped, intercepted, and our lack of control over security we only offer PDF downloads through My TELUS (telus.com/mytelus).

 

If you go to the billing section, all your bills are there for download.

 

To answer your second question, your repeated posts triggered the auto-spam on the website so that's why you were unable to create new posts
