Atrocious and Unstable Signal & Bandwidth in Whistler
This appears to be a community-wide issue in Whistler. There have been many conversations and complaints on social media and speaking with friends on Telus/Koodo who are experiencing major disruption of service.
Can anyone at Telus provide information as to why I’m getting no signal/SOS throughout Whistler, or at least escalate this to someone who does?
I can’t justify paying for this service when I’m not getting any, and on the occasion I get 1-2 bars of “5G” service, the bandwidth speeds are so slow I feel like I’m on dial up in 1999. It’s been bad for a long time, and significantly so in the last few weeks. I understand that population grows significantly around this time of year, and can impact service speeds, but this is ridiculous. Get the technicians out here to resolve this once and for all.
