I hooked up a new sim card with a new plan with Telus I did it online I start the phone number it all says success but for some reason my phone number is not working and I'm getting no service at all I cannot reach through Telus or online so this is my only other option to ask on here has anybody else had this problem or could you help me fix it and I know for sure the SIM card was hooked up because it gave me a phone number and said success you're all set but for some reason it's not working
Make sure the number on the SIM card is properly entered, as if not, it of course won’t be properly registered to your specific SIM.

Does your phone say "No SIM" or "No Service"?

Make sure the number on the SIM card is properly entered, as if not, it of course won’t be properly registered to your specific SIM.
