A "Free Samsung Watch promo add" of TELUS!
Tag everyone in here and whose really concern with this one.
Telus said: "Get a Free samsung watch on us, if you purchased a new phone."
Me a customer: "Ok, nice promo! I'll buy 2 phones for me and my wife."
Agent said: "You'll get an email and you will receive your free watch after 3months."
Me a customer: (a believer) "Ok i'll wait for that email. - Takes me everyday to look in my email for Telus to sent that email but nothing came. Frustrations and anxiety creeps in my head.
Message Telus Support - really hard to contact an agent.
Free samsung watch add is misleading customers.
NO right instructions on how to claim the free samsung watch!
All I want. Give us the free samsung watch that was said on the promo add. No more questions asked.
GIVE US THE FREE SAMSUNG WATCH!

Let's file a joint complaint against Telus to Consumer Rights. I see multiple people having same issue.
Worst part is when you call the agents, instead of listening to your concerns they try to actually sell a watch to you.
The last agent I spoke to , acted in a way that the promised watch not been delivered was not a big deal.
Imagine paying 10 dollars less in your telus bills , then they will start jumping in their monkey hats.

I got the same deal.Called in before I ordered to make sure the watch was actually free and was told it would run off the data plan I already had..Waited 6 weeks and still no code. Called back in and after being transferred 3 times finally got a hold of the web store. Was informed that I would recieve a code by email; I got the code 10 days later. Now trying to get the code to work is impossible. Tried to order the watch only to find out it requires a $15 data plan ( so not free) and then noticed I would be charged @$45 a month in total ..Back on an hour hold to get a hold of the web store and still don't have an answer or a smartwatch ..
