Free 55" TV promo: when will I get it?

I opened a new Telus account that included the promo free 55" TV in late September 2023. It is now November 2nd and I still have not got it. Anybody know how long it takes Telus to fulfill this commitment?

    The approximate delivery time is about 4-6 weeks from date of installation.
