Pay a bill with a credit on a different account#

When you get lucky and have a dedicated Telus support person who sees it through to the end, things get done.
Case closed. Not sure if next month billing I get an overdue charge but I am not worried about it as the credit is there as well and I am sure it will be sorted too. Thank You.
The problem here is that there is a problem with off sourcing Telus work.
I posted this the same day I filed a complaint with Telus. I do not want a PM because I do not want my personal info connected to my online info.
