Telus Rewards

It looks like we are in round two of Telus removing previously earned reward points. I got a new notification from Telus on April 22nd indicating the following:

Hello! On January 30, all Rewards points that were accumulated before the end of 2023 were expired. All other points earned from 2024 onwards remain. Please feel free to send us a private message if there's anything about this that you'd like to discuss!

What the heck Telus! By the way when I try to reply it indicates the link to reply fails. So.. how do I discuss this AGAIN with Telus. Once again if you knew the points were going to be removed TELUS CUSTOMERS would have tried to use them... if the catalogue was available - which it wasn't... what a complete cluster F#$~.

 

I went to the view my rewards and it will not show anything - so no idea if I have my original points or ANY POINTS. 

 

TELUS you really need to do better than this.
