How do I get started?
I received the email for sonic comprehension assessment. However, when I click on the link and try to log in, I get an error message. What am I doing wrong? I also got an email for FT studio but I can’t log into that either. Please help!

You need to reach out to whomever is your contact at Telus International. They function completely separate from Telus / Telus.com.

It's unclear where you are trying to log in to. Can you elaborate?
Is it possible that they may be phishing messages trying to steal your credentials?
