Billing Start Date
Hello, I'm looking to port over to Telus this month or next. I was wondering, does my billing date start on the day I port over? I want my billing cycle to start on the first of the month and thought, if I port on the first, I will get billed on the first.

When you talk to customer service tell them what day you want to adjust your billing date to. There will be a one time adjustment on your first bill to account for the difference between your start date and your desired billing date. I had this done to align the billing dates of 2 of my accounts so I can pay them on the same day.
