Balances carried over

BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH TELUS As per customer service agent if your balance is not paid in full every month they will mark on your credit MISSED PAYMENT. They will refuse to fix that even when you prove payments are made EVERY month. Time to find a new place to deal with. My account is completely paid.

  • You should have a copy of your bill and a copy of your payment receipt.  They need payment in full every month, that's how it goes.
