Zte279 hub

I have to login to the 192.168.0.1. To block some of my devices sometime when I have more than 10 connected. Today I blocked an unnamed device and at the same time the website said “Safari cannot open the page because it could not connect to server” on my iPhone and my iMac. What do I do?

      I have restarted but not reset

      What does the reset, reset? I hate to lose settings on a Friday
