Why was the Holiday Countdown / Santa tracker removed?
The Telus twitter told me to ask here. I have been spending nearly a year trying to find out why the Holiday countdown was removed.
For those who dont know what im talking about a few years back there used to be this app called Holiday Countdown which was also known as Santa Tracker, you could play games and stuff on it.
I know it got removed but if anyone could tell me why it would finally give me some closure.

Hi TheGuy , the Holiday countdown is a seasonal event, that's why it was taken down after the holidays. That said, this should be available this year as well as we get closer to the holiday season!
It hasnt been on there for the past 3 or 4 years.

Hmm, that's odd, it should be up. In fact, I was told the countdown for this year will be launched by the end of the week.
You can access the app in two ways:
1. Press Guide2. Select channel 13 and press OK3. a till will appear and you can press OK to open the appAlternatively, you can:Press Apps on the remote controlAnd scroll to Hoidays on OPTIK and the app will open up
