Playback Error on recordings
- Everytime we try to watch recorded programs, we get a “playback error”. This has been extremely frustrating trying to watch the Olympics. We have had so many issues with the Telus tv+ app and this is another one. Is there a fix?!?!

Hello audreykelly, are you having issues with the recordings on your TV receiver or only when using the TELUS+ TV app ?

The only way we watch TV is through the Telus+ TV app. We have an apple box. And it is when we try to access our recordings, we get "playback error". We were also having problems like when we fast forwarded a recording, it wouldn't let us rewind and everytime we went to "Guide" it would take us back a day and we would have to scroll through manually to 24 hours later. I have reset the entire box to factory settings and reloaded the app (as well as reset the modem, logout/in etc.). The fast forward and guide issues seem to be resolved, but we are still getting "playback error" when trying to watch our recordings.
