Verify Your Identity To Log In No Code Sent
Not receiving the 6 digit code. Never had this before. Email is functioning telus google account.
Security is generally a tradeoff between convenience and protection. Blame the folks trying to get access to your accounts.

I still have no luck. Two days now. Don't know how much my bill is.I tried resend code 5 minutes apart after 3 attempts it says sorry too many tries wait 2 hours try again. Google runs telus email service so why is the code not being received or is it even being sent.

Hi! Have you tried a different browser or the web portal? junk or spam folder?
It has happened to me where a code arrived and was rejected. Turned out to be the first one arrived but since I asked for a resend it was no longer valid.
WHY must we have a two step process? Then when you get to talk with someone they want your 4 digit pin number that you have long forgotten for lack of use anywhere else.

This happened to me as well this morning. After about three tries I got a code. Hopefully just a temporary thing.
