Returning equipment Purolator waybill

I need to return my TELUS equipment, but due to the Canada Post strike, I contacted TELUS support. They informed me that a Purolator return waybill would be sent to me. However, I have not received it, despite requesting it four times. Could you please advise if there is another way to obtain the Purolator waybill?

  • I also needed to send back a TV box and initially was sent a Canada Post email. I called back when they sent me the wrong box and requested a Purolator return for now 2 boxes. I never heard anything until a week later when I got an email from Purolator with printable shipping label.

      Thank you for your response. My home services account is (removed account number on public forum).

      My 2-year Telus home internet service contract has ended, and the service has been cancelled.

       

      I originally received instructions to return my TELUS equipment via Canada Post; however, since they are currently on strike, I requested a Purolator return waybill instead. I have contacted four different agents, all of whom submitted a request for a Purolator waybill, but I have not received any email from either TELUS or Purolator.

       

      Could you please send me a Purolator return waybill at your earliest convenience? I would really appreciate your help.
