Poor internet speed
I have a poor wi-if internet connection at the second floor at our home, it seems I don’t have wi-if at least in the back room. I can’t to find how to speak with operator or with somebody. Every time only virtual online assistant. Help!!!!

The image you posted won't be visible to the public until a moderator approves it. I'm guessing the room upstairs with poor wifi is on the opposite side of the house.
Ideally the router should be located in the middle of the house to minimize the distance to corners.
Yeah, I understand that, but we have only one place where we can put that router. And device name is Boost Wi-Fi6 (model Arcadyan Boost 2.1) and now I understand that we need to buy internet booster for second floor, because it’s really too far.
You can put that router anywhere you can run an Ethernet cable. I have my router in the stairwell that's in the middle of the house. I get great WiFi in every room on all 3 floors.

It is located on the first floor of the house, in a specially designated place. In the dressing room near the exit to the parking lot.
