Optik TV
We have 3 Optik TV boxes and none of them are permitting me to record shows. In terms of storage we are only at 10% of capacity. Any suggestions?

What make/model of box do you have? And is there another box anywhere in your home (often in your electrical room)? Do you see any error messages?
