Internet usage limit alert
Why am I receiving an email from Telus advising l’m near limit - when I’m only at 30% monthly limit?

Have you had any changes made to your Internet plan recently? I had issues when I changed my plan but the data limit warning was still using my previous limit. I had to contact Telus to get this sorted out.
