How do I get Telus Maintenance Employees to stop leaving trash on my lawn?

We have a telus box on our yard and the maintenance men routinely live our lawn littered with wire cuttings. It is disgusting and it's going to ruin our lawn mower blades. I have tried talking to them and tried calling numerous times. Please tell me how I can talk to a supervisor.
