email migration using Outook 2019/GSSMO?

Last week I migrated my Telus email to email powered by Google. I thought I was able to do this using Outlook 2016, but as it turned out I recently upgraded to Office 365 and had to complete the migration using Outlook 2019/GSSMO. I followed all the instructions that Telus recommended. Lo and behold, none of my folders/sub-folders that I used in Outlook transferred and only messages from the past 2 weeks. Everything appears to be lost. Is there anything I can do to recover these messages in Google Mail?

    Were you using Outlook prior to the migration? If so, Outlook May have been managing the folders, not Telus.

      Yes, I had been using Outlook beforehand. If Outlook was managing the folders, is there something different that I need to do?
