Support with Spam Calls

I receive about 10 spam calls per day from a real person at Telus trying to up-sell me on products all weekend long, but I can’t seem to speak to a real person about my account on the weekend.

is there any secret way to contact account support?

thank you

  • Even though several years ago, we requested Telus not make marketing calls, odd one is tried and I just add the number to Call Control to block. The down side of this is that the system only allows 25 entries. Got a Spam call from a cell number claiming to be Telus and when I skied what he was selling, he hung up on me. I immediately used my Panasonic land line Call Block to ensure he never calls again.

Ten spam calls per day really sounds like a scammer pretending to be Telus. It's common to the scammers to call frequently. Telus themselves? I find it extremely rare that they call. If you're a Telus or Koodo customer, enable Call Control on your phone. It'll filter out pretty much all of the scam calls, especially the robo-dialers.

As for reaching Billing, I just told the automated AI annoyance "Agent" a few times and it connected me to a person.
