Cannot login into tv+

I recently moved into my new condo and I cannot login to Telus tv via android phone or google tv. I get an error "ERR_AGL_ACN_3545". I have verified my login and password is correct as I am able to log in to the billing app no problem. Please assist. 

  • Issue has been resolved. We were initially told to download the Telus app on our tv. I contacted our Rep again and found out they were mistaken and sent us the Optik tv box.

  • I am having the same issue and would like to have access to the app for this evening to watch the hockey game. What are the odds someone can get in touch with me prior to that?

        I think there is a ticket open and has been escalated. There didn't seem to be an issue with the app installation on my phone and there didn't seem to be a user fixable solution based on the troubleshooting steps we went through.
