Telus flagged my device all of a sudden
All of a sudden, telus flagged my device and when i called up agent told me that your IMEI is clean and everything is working fine. i was using this phone for a long time, not sure why all of a sudden it was flagged. Called up Telus many times but no response yet. Any options how do i get my phone unflagged?

Flagged in what way? If the IMEI is clean. What is it being flagged for?
- Where did you buy the phone? Was it new or purchased used.
