SIM card doesn’t fit
Ordered a new SIM card from Telus to swap into a iPhone 7. I can’t get it to fit, seems like a hair too big and maybe not long enough. Gold side up right???? I can get to fit white side up only. .
Thanks. It worked after I activated and inserted gold side face down.

If a TELUS SIM card is too big for your phone's tray, it likely means you have a multi-SIM card. These cards come with different sizes and can be "broken" down to fit a specific phone size. You'll need to gently bend the card along the score lines until it snaps off to the correct size. If you've already made the SIM card too small, you might need to use a SIM card adapter or request a new SIM card from TELUS.
