Self-serve transfering existing prepaid phone to a new device
I was able to bind my phone number to a new SIM card all by myself from prepaid account site a few years ago. There is no "change a SIM card" option on the page anymore.
Is anyone still able to do it by self-serve? Or do I have to visit a Telus store?
Can you simply move the SIM from the old device to the new? You shouldn’t need to change SIM unless they are physically different in size.

- You should be able to simply remove the old sim card and place it into the new device.
